摘要
This paper presents a multiproject time-cost trade-off scheduling problem (mPTCTSP) for large-scale construction systems with multiple modes under fuzzy environment. A multiobjective decision making model is established in the total project duration which is regarded as a fuzzy variable. The fuzzy numbers in the model are defuzzified by using an expected value operator with an optimistic-pessimistic index. The multiobjective fuzzy optimization model designed in this study aims to simultaneously minimize project duration and delaying punishment cost. Furthermore, the hybrid genetic algorithm with fuzzy logic controller (flc-hGA) is developed to find feasible solutions. Finally, the Jinping-II Hydroelectric Project is used as a practical example to demonstrate the practicality and efficiency of the model.
