摘要：
We report the solvent-free synthesis of (E)-1-{3-[2-(9-Ethyl-9H-carbazol-3-yl)vinyl]benzofuran-2-yl}-2,2-dimethylpropan-1-ones starting with 9-Ethyl-9H-carbazole-3-carbaldehyde under conventional and microwave irradiation methods. All products were characterised by IR, H-1 NMR, C-13 NMR, mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis. The compounds were tested in vitro for their antimicrobial activity.
