摘要：
The main purpose of this paper is to establish technological innovation system and choose proper innovation model of forest business, and to search for a new way of the survival and development of Chinese forest enterprises. First of all, I analyze the current situation of technological innovation in forest enterprises, point out the cause of low technical power. Then, I discuss that technological innovation can improve forest economy and society growth. Third, I discuss the way of technological innovation in forest business.
