The condition for socially sustainable development consists also in high competitiveness of organizations associated within alliance, presented as business innovation ecosystem. The paper deals with conditions that must be fulfilled to gain a ecosystem's coordinated business model that is effective and flexible enough to react successfully on turbulent changes in state of business ecosystem's environment. This business model has to take in account not only hard aspects of business performance but also the soft aspects of internal corporate culture development that influences the features of cooperation between ecosystems' members.
