The Li-Si-(O)-N system revisited: Structural characterization of Li21Si3N11 and Li7SiN3O

摘要
A systematic study of the Li-Si-(O)-N system is presented. The synthetic conditions to prepare Li2SiN2, Li5SiN3, Li18Si3N10, Li21Si3N11 and Li7SiN3O are described and the structure of the last two compounds has been solved for the first time. While Li21Si3N11 crystallizes as a superstructure of the anti-fluorite structure with Li and Si ordering, Li7SiN3O exhibits the anti-fluorite structure with both anion and cation disorder.
