摘要
The Lent vector formalism was used to consider the problem of a hydrogen atom in a spherical cavity of radius R. The nature of the cavity boundary is determined by the condition f'(R) - pf(R) = 0, where p is a real parameter imposed on the radial wave function. The possibility of accidental energy level degeneracy is studied, and a comparison with similar results obtained for the impermeable cavity model is given.
