Reasonable safety management cost for housing construction

Safety Cost that is prescribed in Safety and health Law should be included in budget and be used for worker's safety and health improvement in all Korean construction sites. Recently, there appears to be problems using this safety cost in real construction site. It is that there happens to be shortages and large remainder of safety cost. The purpose of this study is to find out reasonable safety cost and propose a new safety cost equation model. The procedure of the study consists of 1st and 2nd questionnaire survey, correlation analysis, regression equation, case study for practical verification, comparison analysis and conclusions.
