摘要：

The safety and economic benefits are concomitant in the construction projects, and it is unreasonable to pursue economic benefit unilaterally without safety or to ensure safety absolutely without economic benefits. So on the condition that construction projects are safe, how to make the safety cost most reasonable is of great significance. This thesis establishes the optimization model of safety cost for construction projects by the guaranteed safety level and safety cost rate, and then introduces some strategies to achieve the unity of safety and economic benefits at best.
