能源和环境绩效评价方法的最新研究进展

摘要
评估不同国家或地区的能源效率和环境效率不仅有助于人们了解他们之间的能源和环境绩效差异,而且为提高能源效率和环境效率也提供了有利的参考依据。本文首先厘清能源效率、环境效率和系统综合效率的内涵,梳理出国内外能源和环境绩效评价方法的发展脉络以及在中国的经验研究;其次,系统地比较不同绩效评价方法之间的优点和缺点;最后,探讨该领域内进一步的研究方向。通过文献分类爬梳,本文发现未来的研究方向包括异质技术的相关建模、考虑随机噪声或不确定性因素、寻找能源或环境非效率的根源。
