摘要
Hydrate is a kind of unstable and uneasy prepared organic compounds. In this article, a cascade reaction of beta-anhydroicaritin with alcohols catalyzed by CuCl2 & sdot;2H2O to form hydrate has been successfully developed in good yields. Different reaction conditions, including molar ratios, solvents, temperature and times were optimized, and the mechanism was also investigated.
