摘要
Seamless circles of steel, or rolled rings, can offer substantial savings in materials and production time to manufacturers of cylindrical parts such as bearings, clutch parts and oil well tool blanks. With rolled rings, shops are cutting the amount of machining and finishing required to produce the part, reducing material waste and, ultimately, holding the line against costs. Design freedom is another advantage of rolled rings since numerous contours, sizes and grades of steel are available.
