摘要
In order to solve the difficult problem that unexpected events, which may make the original schedule infeasible, occur occasionally in container terminals, a disruption management model for berth and quay crane scheduling was developed by the methodology of disruption management. This model measured disruptions from three aspects: Operation cost, vessel delay cost and schedule deviation. To solve the disruption management model, a simulation optimization approach was proposed, and algorithms based on local rescheduling and tabu search were designed. Finally, numerical experiments were provided to illustrate the validity of the proposed model and algorithms. Results indicate that local rescheduling based algorithm can improve the computation efficiency comparing to full rescheduling based algorithm. Moreover, the disruption management model considers the benefit of different parties, thus increases the scientific of disruption recovery schedule.
