摘要：

The article describes the problem of scheduling and analyzing the risk of construction projects. It depicts the issues encountered while assessing the risk of construction work projects. It has been concluded that a reliable assessment of this phenomenon lies in a diligent identification and quantification of risk indicators. The article also presents the measures of risk. In addition, it describes the methods and tools used for the risk assessment of construction work projects and how to put them in schedule.
