摘要
The author conducted a fact-finding survey on the design and construction process of plumbing renovation works with the case from a super high-rise condominium. This research aims to reveal 1) Consensus-building process on the renovation works at the condominium associations 2) Project delivery methods and their challenges in the design development stage and 3) Challenges in the construction stage. Among the significant factors for the successful renovation works lies the consensus-building processes developed beforehand by the condominium associations. Construction execution plans considering the elevator operating ratio or the cost on the residents' burden should be among future topics of discussion. © 2020 Architectural Institute of Japan.
