摘要：
This article aims to analyze the management of conflicts between tactical and pedagogical agents in a Maximum Security Penitentiary in Santa Catarina. The research uses a qualitative approach and the Discourse Analysis in an interpretative case study. Semi-structured interviews were conducted in mid-2014, with prison officers and teachers. We tried to identify what has motivated conflicts, defined as behavioral and organizational phenomena. The data showed that there is an urgent change of mentality by managers and professionals who develop activities in the Penitentiary, and foster new experience management in prisons.
