This article explores institute administrative prejudice in the criminal law of Russia at the moment. The analysis of statistical data of the Russian Federation courts of general jurisdiction to hear cases on administrative offenses (form 1 1-AP) for the period from 2009 to the 1st half of 2014 and the Federal Law of 31.12.2014 1 528- FZ << On amendments to certain legislative acts Russian Federation on increasing responsibility for offenses in the field of road safety >>. Given criminological indicators formed the opinion of the author on the legalization of administrative prejudice.
