摘要：
A morphological, karyotypic and isozymic analysis was performed in a perch (Perca fluviatilis) population from the lake Volvi. A low degree of variation was found at the morphological and isozymic level. Two loci (Idh-1 and Pgi-2) were found to be polymorphic. The degree of heterozygosity was 0.087. It seems that the species is characterized by a low level of polymorphism. The karyotype found consists of 2n = 48 chromosomes (16 submetacentric, 20 subtelocentric, 12 acrocentric).
