摘要
The concentrations of Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Pb and Zn were determined in whole perch (Perca fluviatilis, L.) from lake Koronia (Greece). The mean concentrations of Cd, Pb and Zn were all significantly higher (P 0.05) with sex. All metal concentrations were negatively correlated (P < 0.05) with fish body weight whereas concentrations of Cr, Cu, Fe and Zn were negatively correlated (P < 0.05) with total length. Binary intermetallic relationships showed significant correlations (P < 0.007) between the most metals examined. Principal components analysis revealed that there was a relationship between metal concentrations and the different sources of metal contamination. In general, all metals displayed minimum concentrations in May and maximum ones in winter and early spring.
