摘要
Today, an important role is attributed to objects in the analysis of social dynamics, in particular where the mechanism of coordination between human beings is concerned. The concept of boundary objects has made it possible to develop the approach to innovation. This article aims to illustrate the role of boundary objects in the social and temporal repartition of an innovating service. An ethnographic study was conducted by a research department to evaluate the distribution and transmission process of a tool for stress diagnosis and the expertise associated with it. This study demonstrates the boundary object's role in reducing the uncertainty inherent to all innovating processes (temporal repartition) as well as its role in the definition of an innovating service (social repartition).
