摘要：
This article explains the mission of Green Cross International which essentially is committed to a new global culture of peace and sustainability. Such a culture involves more than settling conflicts or minimising pollution for it requires mutual understanding and harmony in the community of life. The article proceeds to outline the major recommendations of the Earth Dialogues organized by GCI and illustrates how they are built on the values expressed in the Earth Charter.
