Intercultural Bilingual Education: Intersectionalities between colonialism, etnophagy and genre identities

Our thoughts are part of the questions and findings that we place in the Research Program CIUNSa No. 2010 entitled: Intercultural and Training: differences and challenges and particularly the Project No. 2010/4: Intercultural Bilingual Education (IBE) and decolonial rotation, which asks about the emergence of intercultural Bilingual Education in the Department of San Martin Salta Province, Argentina, on the pretense of recognizing whether these educational practices that new forms of intercultural integration and pose as alternatives to paper homogenizer school, on the other hand are not new ways of working with partners located transformations discipline to forms of "government" of society. The aim of this article is to problematizes the interculturality and the IBE asking if these are not a new political strategy of control of the difference that reproduces a "conditional inclusion" and a second class citizenship. It pay attention to what is called here "mujeres sueltas ", a new missionary figures, in the configuration of the IBE in the region from a point of view that recognizes multiple crossroads between colonialism, etnophagy and genre identities.
