摘要：
The parameters of planar detectors produced from high-purity Ge are presented. The use of multilayer spectrometers based on these detector for nuclear-physics experiments is discussed. It is shown that the spectrometric characteristics of these detectors - including those of large area - have nearly the maximum possible values.
