摘要：
Optimization problems on matroids are considered. The norm l1 is introduced in the vector space of the weights of matroid elements. The weights are exposed to perturbations. The problem solutions are analyzed for stability. Formulas for stability radius and polynomial algorithms for its calculation are derived. ©2001 Plenum Publishing Corporation.
