摘要
Beginning nursing students identify having difficulty applying science principles, lack skills to use knowledge, and are unfamiliar with new learning activities. This paper describes technology-based innovative resource, Student Exam Success Plan (SESP), to promote students' academic success. Students have 24/7 access to modules that offer guidance regarding study strategies, maximize exam preparation, and reading exam questions. During 2016-2018, 538 students averaged 48 minutes in using SESP resource. The SESP may support students' academic success. (C) 2019 Organization for Associate Degree Nursing.
