摘要
By taking into consideration the urgent need for a large human formation during the development process of athletes and the increasing professionalization of futsal, this work had the objective of developing the athletes training program in a sporting way. From the base units, the indicators of a critical-emancipatory nature were introduced as a source of information, the documents, which, demonstrated an intention to promote an emancipatory initiative in their proposal of Kunz, as well as, demonstrate a formation of athletes. However, the use of process evaluation tools is suggested, so as to allow quantification of results over time, as well as the use of different teaching-learning methodologies thus complementing the need for broad development.
