Joint Restructuring: Analysis of the Development Path of the Medium and Small-sized Private Enterprises in Zhejiang Province

The development of private economy in Zhejiang is now confronting with a new turning point, which, outwardly the constraint of resources, is the change of economic growth pattern and adjustment of industrial structure as viewed from a deep level. Particularly, in the context of dual pressure arising from the deterioration of international and domestic economic environment, the medium and small-sized private enterprises in Zhejiang urgently need to explore a new development path. This paper mainly discusses the necessity and feasibility for the medium and small-sized private enterprises in Zhejiang to promote joint restructuring and proposes corresponding countermeasures accordingly.
