On the path of internationalization for technology export-oriented small and medium-sized private enterprises (TESMPEs)

The internationalization operation of China's SMEs has already, launched and the private SMEs aiming to export technology are emerging impressively. This paper, on the basis of summarizing the theories of enterprise internationalization, presents an internationalization stage model in line of OIL approach by taking technology export-oriented small- and medium-sized private enterprises (TESMPEs) as the objective, explains the transition conditions for kinds of private enterprises through out stages, analyzes the factors that holdback those enterprises to exceed the next stage and, finally, gives the corresponding countermeasures.
