摘要
Information System(IS) performance, which is defined as the contribution of IS to organization performance, has called for greater concern. The Balanced Scorecard(BSC), a framework originally developed in order to structure the business performance measurement, can also be used for the evaluation of IS performance. The paper proposes a dynamic evaluation model combining the continuous lifecycle paradigm with the BSC, which integrates the formative and summative evaluation. so that it enables the continuous evaluation and dynamic improvement of information systems.
