摘要
The use of CIDIC general conditions of contract in the re lisat on of rail nfrastructure ronstrurtion works is presented in the paper. Contract limitations are analyzed such as: minimum amount of interim certificates, advance payment, scheduling repayment of advance payment, guarantees and retention money, work contract procurement according to FIDIC Red Book, conditions of rontrart for works designed by the Employer without ronstruction documents at the time of procurement, realisation of work under traffic, preliminary work, railway track closure, problems relating to interim certificates for additional vvork, and contract procedures.
