摘要
China is the birthplace of free combat. Over the years, it has made a lot of achievements in the research of free combat technique. However, it still lacks a systematic and comprehensive theory system to support the theoretical research. In recent years, in order to effectively promote the healthy development of our free combat movement, the theory research work of free combat technology has been carried out more and more widely. In the research, the current research situation of the subject was investigated, the related theory and technology were analyzed, the classification and application model were established, and the practical experiment was carried out, besides, the feasibility and advanced nature of the research were proved by concrete data.
