Photoelastic analysis of edge-crack near a circular hole for vessel nozzle

摘要
In this paper certain results of photoelastic tests on the reinforced plates are introduced, which are experimental results to simulate the cracks at vessel nozzles. The behaviors of the cracks at the holes in the testing reinforced plates are analyzed in detail. It is helpful to estimate the fatigue life of the cracks.
