摘要
Learning Objectives: The reader will:1. Understand the structure of the Movement-Based Programming (MBP) template.2. Learn how to adapt the general structure for select populations, including older adults, those with peripheral arterial disease, and metabolic syndrome.3. Discover simple strategies to tweak the MBP template for unique client needs, including variable exercise selection, template structure, and progression patterns across time.
