摘要：
James Maclaren Industries, a newsprint producer, has developed a customer data system with many functions. This system stores customer commercial and technical data, complaints, ISO 9002 quality specification compliance, tracks customer complaints, customer approvals, sales and technical visit reports, customer certificates of analysis and product performance. The development, implementation, system functions and benefits are explained in this paper.
