摘要：
The title compound, [Mn(C12H8N2)(3)](2)[GeW12O40](.)2H(2)O, which was prepared under hydrothermal conditions, consists of one Keggin [GeW12O40](4-) anion disordered over an inversion centre, two isolated [Mn(phen)(3)](2+) cations (phen is 1,10-phenanthroline) and two solvent water molecules. In each [Mn(phen)(3)](2+) cation, the Mn-II ion is coordinated by six N atoms from three phen ligands, completing a distorted octahedral geometry.
