摘要
Although China has many special national conditions which will weaken the regulatory functions of property tax, some broad predictions still can be made and should be paid enough attention. The levy of property tax may hinder inner cities' reconstruction and speed up suburbanization, change land's reserving pattern, influence city immigrants and even change citizens' living pattern.
