摘要
The study focused on professional self-determination in close connection with personal self-determination in conditions of early specialization. Special attention was paid to motivation of professional development. As a result the following characteristics of professional self-determination have been established: stability of motivation, capacity for reflexion, domination of the present and future in the time perspective.
