摘要：
In this paper, the low resistance calibration methods are introduced. We have analyzed some technical difficulties of low resistance calibration in this paper. A simulated resistance calibration method is suggested. The uncertainty of 10 mu Omega resistance with this method is estimated as 2x10(-4) (k=2). We also put forward the technique for spot test.
