摘要：
Gathering pilot data is one way to design an effective curbside recycling program. Hollywood, Florida took this notion as far as possible in the city's recent transition to curbside service. Prior to implementing a citywide curbside recycling program in 1996, an extensive pilot testing was carried out by the city's Sanitation Department.
