摘要：
A short, stereoselective route to the C13-C19 fragment of the immunosuppressant sanglifehrin A 1, is presented. The key step involves a highly diastereoselective boron aldol reaction between beta-ketoimide 11 and triisopropylsilyl propargyl aldehyde 21c.
