Supervision games analysis on the project management model: Construction agent system

This paper analyzes two principal-agent relationships in construction agent system by applying game model and puts forward some suggestions. Firstly, construction agent system and principal-agent relationship in it are introduced. Secondly, this paper establishes a supervision game model between the owners and the PM companies and gets that the supervision game Nash equilibrium is related to the PM companies' added profit the forfeits, and the supervision cost. Thirdly, a supervision game model between the PM companies and the contractors is founded and obtains that the supervision game Nash equilibrium is related to the bribery; the added profit, the forfeit, and the supervision cost. Finally, it is suggested that the principals can constrain the agents' behaviors by efficient checking, evaluation and budget.
