摘要
We demonstrated a solution for highly efficient MIR broadband polarization detection based on an integrated plasmonic metasurface device. The measured error from 3.3 to 5 mu m for S-1, S-2 and S-3 is 1.28%, 1.96% and 0.94%. (C) 2020 The Author(s)
