Research on forecasting of China economy development during the twelfth five-year plan period

According to the latest statistical data of "China Statistical Yearbook-2010", this paper presents a new grey model of logarithmic new developed coefficient, practically analyzes and forecasts the GDP as well as other economic indexes of China during 2011-2015. The results show that (calculated by current price in 2010 without deducting the factors such as price rising,) Chinese GDP in 2011 will break RMB 45000 billion yuan at RMB 45014.3 billion yuan, and RMB 74551.1 billion yuan in 2015, which is 1.9 times of 2010's; the national economy will develop well during the twelfth five-year plan with GDP growing steadily at a rate of 13.4 % per year. The anticipated target of the twelfth five-year plan is expected to be realized smoothly.
