摘要
The safety assessment model on tunneling construction process is the foundation to tunnel construction risk management. Because of the complexity of risk factors that influenced on tunnel construction, the model system construction must take the systematic and integrated principle into account. Considering the impact on tunneling safety from various kinds of factors, this paper makes use of systematic safety engineering, AHP and fuzzy arithmetic theory to establish the fuzzy assessment exponential system and method for tunnel construction safety. After the application of this system and method to JinPing hydropower station engineering and the safety assessment to the shear tunnel in this engineering, it turns out that the result of the safety assessment coincides to the practical situation. This model offers effective and reliable assurance for conducting scientific construction risk management.
