摘要
Tools for adaptive immune receptor repertoire (AIRR) sequencing continue to evolve rapidly, and, although some established frameworks are emerging, there are no complete solutions: it is necessary to select tools and build a customised pipeline. Emerging trends of interest include standards for data interchange, tools for single-cell sequencing, genotyping, and tools that make use of probabilistic and structural inferences to identify receptor sequences of interest.
