摘要
This paper presents a research in enterprise architecture and enterprise applications systems using blended e-learning, based on collaborative business (BISCOL) framework We use knowledge transfer model for studying interaction between novices and experts in collaborative team. Our target was to guide participants for elaborate several mini-decision support for evaluate companies performance, based on periodical results from accounting balance score chart and profit and loss account. Our experimental results addressed on Maier approach and the role of human computer interaction in knowledge positive and negative transfer between novice and expert.
