Comparison of effective thermal conductivity and contact conductance of fibrous composites

摘要
An experiment was conducted to compare the effective thermal conductivity and contact conductance of a wide range of carbon, pitch graphite, and glass fiber-reinforced plastic materials of different weave types. Results show that pitch graphite fiber composites possess the highest effective thermal conductivity and contact conductance. In addition, it is evident that the thermal properties of these materials are dependent of various parameter, the influence of which should be investigated.
