摘要
The integration of teacher education is the main way for the kindergarten teachers' professional development. However, the integration of teacher education has been implemented in China for a very short time; educational institutions are independent of each other and only work for themselves; the administrative departments of education are weak in overall development planning; curriculums for pre-service and after-service educations are disconnected; college education theory and practice are divorced. Thus, the kindergarten teachers' professional development is hindered by these problems.
