摘要
A survey on 1,200 senior high school students is conducted with the tools of health self evaluation scales and self-made questionnaires on the lifestyle of senior high school students The results show that short-sightedness in senior high schools is more serious and the rate of students with more than 4 0 diopters is 21 4% Sleep of self-assurance of senior high school students is positively related to the health self-perfection, and the rate of sleeping time fewer than seven hours is 52 7% The reasons for their great pressure are mainly academic stress, parents' and teachers expectations and competition The factors which have positive impacts on health self-perfection include exercise intensity, exercise duration, exercise persistence and weekly frequency It is recommended to put into practice the short-sightedness prevention program on primary and secondary school students In addition, students with a downward trend in visual acuity and mild short-sightedness should be given with more care Meanwhile, it is proposed to carry out the relevant "anti-myopia" measures with specific focus and ensure that every senior high school student has 8 hours of sleeping time each day It is important to cultivate a good lifestyle in senior high school and ensure the implementation of "one hour a day" sport policy for the promotion of physical and mental health
