(Figure Presented) Be my guest! A supramolecular amphiphilic diblock copolymer was prepared with a cucurbit[8]uril molecular "handcuff" (see picture). It subsequently undergoes a hierarchical self-assembly process, resulting in the formation of a tertiary, compartmentalized nanostructure. © 2008 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
