摘要
To take the net profit maximization of irrigation water capacity it is necessary to change the old perception of high yield irrigation in view of the lack of agricultural water resources, This paper establishes the mathematical model of the optimal assignment problem on irrigation water between different crops in irrigation areas, and uses the method of Genetic-Simulation-annealing Algorithm (GSAA) to calculate. The method not only guarantees global convergent, but also enhances the convergence rate and stability. The application in North China Plain has confirmed the superior performance of this method and provided a new idea for the management of agricultural water resources.
